1. Service Description
RedButton is a personal safety and emergency alert system. We enable:
- • Multi-channel SOS alerts
- • Voluntary live location sharing
- • Trusted contact notification

RedButton is NOT a law enforcement or emergency response agency. We facilitate communication with your trusted circle.
2. User Responsibilities

Use RedButton only for lawful and genuine emergency purposes.

Provide accurate information for profile and emergency contacts.

Obtain explicit consent before adding anyone as a contact.

Zero tolerance for false alarms or harassment via the platform.
3. Tracking Consent
By using our platform, you explicitly consent to point-to-point location tracking ONLY when activated by you.
4. Limitation of Liability
• RedButton does not guarantee rescue or specific response times from third parties.
• We are not liable for network failures, GPS inaccuracies, or indirect damages.
• Use of the application is strictly at the user's individual risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Intellectual Property remains the exclusive property of XENAL AUTOMATED SYSTEM NIGERIA ENTERPRISES.
